OptimalTracker is currently operating as a closed, invitation-only beta. Accounts are provisioned by us for approved beta testers. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms to use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact channel used for your beta invitation if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may use OptimalTracker for your own personal, non-commercial preventive health purposes: uploading your own blood-test reports, reviewing your biomarkers and health reports, and following the personalised guidance provided by the service.

• Uploading data that is not yours or that you have no right to submit.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfering with, reverse-engineering, scraping or overloading the service.
• Using the service to provide medical care to third parties.
• Using the service in violation of applicable law.

The OptimalTracker software, design, content and trademarks are owned by OptimalTracker or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right in the platform beyond the limited right to use it as described here.

You retain all rights to the data you upload, including your blood-test files and any information derived from them that identifies you.

To operate the service you grant OptimalTracker a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store, process and analyse the data you upload solely for the purpose of providing the service to you (biomarker extraction, health reports, longitudinal tracking and personalised recommendations) and for maintaining, securing and improving the service. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

OptimalTracker is an educational preventive-health platform. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of disease and is not a medical device. It does not provide emergency services. Content produced by the service — including AI-generated explanations and automatically extracted biomarker values — is provided for informational purposes only.

You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional about any medical decision. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on OptimalTracker.

Automatic extraction of biomarker values from PDFs is imperfect. AI-generated narrative can contain mistakes. Please verify important values against the original laboratory report. If you notice an extraction error, report it via the in-app feedback or email the contact channel used for your beta invitation.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may be added, changed or removed, and there may be temporary interruptions, maintenance windows or errors, especially during the closed beta.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are breached, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where reasonable, we will attempt to notify you in advance.

You may stop using the service at any time. You may also request permanent account deletion, which removes your account and associated data (uploaded files, extracted biomarkers, reports and derived artefacts). This action is irreversible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OptimalTracker is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for loss of profits, or for damages arising from medical, clinical or lifestyle decisions taken in reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the application or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Official contact details will be added before the public launch. During the closed beta, invited testers may contact the project administrator through the channel used for their invitation.
