1. Invitation-only access
Access to the closed beta is by invitation only. Accounts are provisioned by OptimalTracker for approved testers. Sharing beta access with others is not permitted.
2. Voluntary participation
Your participation in the beta is voluntary. You may stop using the service or leave the beta at any time.
3. Pre-release product
OptimalTracker is currently pre-release software. Features may be added, removed or changed. You may encounter temporary errors, incomplete features, interruptions or unexpected behaviour.
4. Verify extracted biomarker values
Automatic PDF extraction can make mistakes. Please verify important biomarker values against your original laboratory report. Report any discrepancies via in-app feedback or email the contact channel used for your beta invitation.
5. Not for medical decisions
Do not rely on OptimalTracker to make medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional. The service does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
6. Feedback
You are encouraged, but not required, to provide feedback about the service. If you choose to submit feedback (bug reports, suggestions, comments, screenshots), you grant OptimalTracker a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to operate, maintain and improve the product. You are not required to submit feedback and can leave the beta without doing so.
7. No obligation of future access
Participation in the beta does not entitle you to future free access, discounted pricing, or continued access after the beta ends. OptimalTracker may change or end the beta programme at its discretion.
8. Access may be revoked
We may revoke beta access at any time, including for breach of these terms, for security or legal reasons, or when the beta programme ends. Where reasonable, we will attempt to notify you in advance.
9. Confidentiality
There is no default confidentiality obligation. You may talk publicly about your experience testing OptimalTracker. If a specific feature or document is shared with you under a request for confidentiality, that request will be clearly stated at the point of sharing.
10. Leaving the beta
You can leave the beta at any time by contacting the contact channel used for your beta invitation or by requesting permanent account deletion from within the application.
11. What happens to your account and data after leaving
- If you simply stop using the service, your account and data remain in place until you decide to return or request deletion.
- If you request permanent account deletion, your account and associated data (uploaded files, extracted biomarkers, reports and derived artefacts) are deleted, subject to short technical retention windows for backups and any limited retention required by law.
12. Contact
Questions about the beta can be sent to the contact channel used for your beta invitation.
Official contact details will be added before the public launch. During the closed beta, invited testers may contact the project administrator through the channel used for their invitation.
OptimalTracker is currently operated as a private closed-beta project.
